I enjoy Q-tips. I use them daily.

I appreciate that you are using paper sticks. Not only are they more safe and gentle to the ear but they are also ecologically safe.

I would like to address the plastic sticks that are still being offered and the plastic packaging. I do recall a paper box with an easy to access opening. May I suggest this option to be offered again.

We are all aware of the mountain of plastic that continues to grow each day.

What are we going to do with this glob?.. That is what every one of us is asking. Please, do not manufacture plastic We need a more environmentally safe option.

I am trying to not use plastic.

Even if the other options are more expensive. I know, just as you know, that when we mass produce the cleaner, safer options that we will lower their costs.

Please help save the earth for our wildlife and our future generations and the circle of life, and for each other.

Johnson and Johnson failed to open my email, voicing my request for the Ecological Concern our entire world is experiencing. They knew it addressed plastic products, and especially plastic packaging.

They deleted it without opening. This is a major concern and as a consumer I am very disappointed with their lack of interest. I expected an email agreeing and a response indicating that they are working in that direction.

Please, write letters to Johnson and Johnson , State Attorney Offices, all plastic manufacturers, and promote the use of paper, aluminum and other means of packaging.

As a nation, we need to work together to solve these problems. All of us are trying to buy less plastics and are concerned about the plastic glob at our dumps, Every week we put out our trash of many plastic packages.

Including our trash bags and the trash cans we put the bags in.

As we purchase the other options, the cost will go down. The positive results will be rewarding.

Try to stop buying plastic as much as possible. Especially bottled water!

I an enraged that Johnson and Johnson is seeking another patent on its drug Bedaquiline. In the coming years which the patent will be in effect, it could cost innumerable lives.

When the public funds much of a product like this, companies have an obligation to act in good faith with their patents and not engineer the timeline to extract as much capital as possible from suffering communities. The time for cheaper generics is now. Whoever reads this, please make my message known.

I will boycott all J&J products until a satisfactory answer from the company - not simply disparaging those making this issue known - is delivered. STOP DISEASE PROFITEERING.

Acuvue recently changed its rebate policy (which allowed me to afford its Acuvue brand since the time of Silicon with Acuvue 2) and I only changed when brands were discontinued. Now, if you are a continuous wearer you will never get back ANY significant rebate, which is why I have been able to afford the brand over the years J&J.

When I called Acuvue, they would not take my 'customer relations' complaint and wanted to send me back to the rebate office, which I had already spoken to a supervisor there, and IS NOT the place where J&J collects complaints from it's clients. They wouldn't take it because it was not a 'quality' issue with the product itself although I would beg to differ...then I called Headquarters, whom the woman huffed and puffed and gave me a customer care number for over the counter products in the Philippines who then told me to call back the Acuvue line with Iris the supervisor who wouldn't take my complaint that Acuvue is going to lose a 30 plus year disposable contact lens wearer of it's products because they changed their rebate policy PLUS are still allowing eye doctors to FALSEY sell their products through rebates, when the consumers are not going to get barely anything back ($5-10) off a $500 plus order! I NEVER had a problem with rebates before and always got back a fair rebate amount with paying so much out of pocket.

Basically, J&J is saying they only care and want new clients. Acuvue J&J you just lost a loyal Client!
